Training

The training opportunities CPT offers are the among the most comprehensive of any club in the Region.

There is at least one session every day of most weeks for Adult members and at least four sessions a week for our Junior members.

Before joining adults are welcome to try two sessions as part of our trial membership. 

Coached sessions cater for all abilities (unless otherwise indicated beforehand) and will be configured for the ability range present.

Find out more about our great value Annual Training Fee which includes all regular training sessions, the only exception is a £2.50 entry fee to use the running track. There is also an additional cost for some extra sessions hosted during the year, such as some Wattbike sessions, and any training camps you attend.
